E-Planning Package 

An increasingly popular choice with today’s internet-savvy or well-organized bride! E-Planning is an economical alternative to hiring a full time wedding consultant. Ideal for brides and grooms that have already started planning their wedding, yet would like personalized assistance to enhance their unique event through advice, guidance and support. Just email us your ideas, concerns or questions and we will respond with the information you need, usually within 24 hours. It is a great way to get customized assistance from a skilled wedding consultant at a fraction of the cost. 

The package includes unlimited email contact with one of our wedding coordinators for a low, monthly fee.

1 month rate - $30
3 month rate - $85
6 month rate - $175
12 month rate - $350

A Sweet Affair Wedding consulting  Coordinators may be retained as your event consultant at the rate of Eighty Dollars ($80) per hour for services, which include but not limited to, phone calls, face to face meetings, travel time to and from any and all appointments and the like. Time will be kept track of in 15 minute increments. Any additional costs incurred to execute your request, such as film developing, postage, etc. will be reimbursable to A Sweet Affair Wedding Consulting Coordinators.

 In addition, A Sweet Affair Wedding Coordinators will keep accurate records of all time spent on phone calls and meetings made on your behalf. A statement of such record keeping will be sent to your attention at any time during the planning process.

Designed for the busy couple . If you do not have time to arrange vendor interviews, research ceremony and reception venues, negotiate contracts or a myriad of other details that go into planning your wedding day.


V.I.P. Wedding

  • Four (4) face-to-face meetings, to go over wedding details,
    (i.e. design & décor, vendor duties, time-line of activities, vendor negotiations, etc.)
  • Assist with locating & contracting the perfect location
  • Assist with creating and the printing of the stationery ,
    (i.e. "Save the Date" notes, invitations, "Welcome Letters", programs, menus and the like)
  • Negotiate group room blocks for you and your guests, at conveniently located hotels
  • Assist with coordinating and contracting transportation for you and your guests
  • Create a comprehensive event time schedule for vendors and wedding party
  • Provide professional vendor referrals
  • Assist with menu selection and catering negotiations
  • Create a personal wedding checklist, so that nothing gets overwhelming and every detail is accounted for
  • Provide a detailed budget
  • Unlimited recommendations and or suggestions (i.e. creative ideas, budgeting, etiquette, and the like)
  • Assist with negotiations and selection process of professional vendors
  • Create a comprehensive event time schedule
  • Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors
  • Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party
  • Coordinate the wedding ceremony and get you down the aisle on time
  • Manage the timing of events with your family, wedding party and vendors

"3 Months Prior To" Wedding Management

  • Provide 10 hours of pre-planning time
  • One (1) face-to-face meeting, to go over wedding details,
    (i.e. design & décor, vendor duties, time-line of activities, vendor negotiations, etc.)
  • Create a comprehensive event time schedule for vendors and wedding party
  • Unlimited recommendations and or suggestions (i.e.creative ideas & etiquette etc)
  • Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party
  • Distribute a shorten version of the timing of events to your wedding party
  • Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors
Services on the Wedding Day
  • Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled to your standards
  • Manage the timing of your events with family wedding party and guests
  • Provide lead planner for 8.5 hours & at least 3 assistants for 6 hours on the wedding
  • Be your eyes and ears throughout the day so you can relax and enjoy the loving memories
